All fish are pretreated for any potential illness when they enter the store. If they do end up sick, they will be treated and cured before being made available for sale.

After an order is made, all fish go through a fasting period to help them purge any remaining waste in their system. This helps prevents ammonia spikes from happening during shipping.

All orders are shipped on Mondays to help prevent delays and weekend hold-overs. Each order's destination will be checked in advanced to ensure there is proper heating or cooling.
